What is Positive Psychology Coaching? 

Positive psychology coaching (PPC) is an approach that focuses on harnessing individual strengths and fostering positive emotions to help you achieve personal and professional goals. In PPC, we focus more on the solution, less on the problem. More on your strengths, less on your weaknesses. Evidence-based techniques and practices are used to empower you as the focus remains on development rather than deficit correction.

The coaching process involves setting specific, achievable goals, developing strategies to overcome obstacles, and fostering a sense of purpose and fulfillment in individuals’ lives, enabling you to cultivate a more optimistic mindset, build meaningful connections, and discover your unique strengths and values.
